Tania Arellano is a Creative Operations Manager building the systems that let creative teams do their best work — faster.

Based in London. 10+ years delivering end‑to‑end campaign production and creative operations across SaaS, B2B and enterprise environments.

What she does

Creative Ops & Studio Management

Briefing frameworks, governance structures and project tracking that improve creative output without adding operational drag. From DACI workflows to Workfront dashboards — I design the infrastructure creative teams run on.

End‑to‑End Campaign Production

High‑volume creative production across paid, brand, OOH, social, video and experiential — brief to launch. Experienced in coordinating distributed teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, delivering 100–300+ assets per cycle.

Workflow Optimisation

Finding where teams lose time, introducing clarity, building systems that scale. I've reduced briefing timelines by 65%, improved SLAs by 80%, and built intake and scoping that cut agency production cycles in half.

Selected Work

EMEA Creative Studio Manager — Adobe

A fast‑moving studio supporting B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple markets, with unclear briefing ownership and fragmented project tracking.

Global Creative Operations Manager — Builder.ai

A rapidly scaling B2B SaaS with a distributed creative team across three regions, no standardised production workflows, and inconsistent delivery timelines.

Brand Marketing Lead — Juno: The Life Company

Led campaign planning, creative production and growth marketing operations through an early‑stage scale phase.

How she works

The messy middle is the point.

I work best at the intersection of creative and operational — where creative ambition meets delivery reality. The right structure makes everything else move faster; the wrong one buries the team in process for its own sake.

Build for the team, not the project.

The systems I design are meant to outlast me. Whether it's a briefing framework, a scoping tool or a knowledge hub, I build things people actually want to use — light enough to adopt, robust enough to scale.

Translate across functions.

I'm comfortable in rooms with Creative Directors, Marketing leads and agency partners. My job is to translate, align and keep everyone moving in the same direction — without losing the work in the meeting.

Before ops became her focus, Tania worked as a graphic designer, photographer and visual communicator — which means she genuinely understands what creatives need to do their best work.

She holds a BA in Communication and Digital Media from ITESM, is a native Spanish speaker with C1 French, and brings a distinctly cross‑cultural perspective to international campaigns and distributed teams.
